I had so much fun with Donna. But Daddy and Mommy need me home to help with the move. After that, I get to travel again! YAY!

This me and the Troll just before I mailed him off.. let him get his breath, while I was preparing to make his journey comfortable.. I had NO IDEA what he had been up to..

 THERE HE IS WITH KEWPIE.. and they is NAKED.. when did this start? and WHY DID I NOT NOTICE?  

and there they are below Canoodling on the porch in the sun.. sighs.. I am so sorry Zorra.. I even put Kewpie away, knowing how much of a HORN DOG that silly troll is..

 

BUT he was pouting about no women around the place and well Seth felt sorry for him, and HE RESCUED KEWPIE from the cupboard.. and the rest is well , IN PICTURES...

So there it is Zorra... take a heavy frying pan to the boy.. or make him explain himself..

Washington ~ Donna Stuffed Me With Pork!

 

As it is Saturday, we again will be at Wandering Havok.  They have a facebook page, so check em out,, is a great place to game and buy books for gaming .. and supplies.

Today I made Zeebers ROASTED PORK with Apple BBQ Sauce.  and since the little guy was so taken with the sauce I am gonna put it up with this blog as a treat for ya all to try on Roasted pork of any kind.. is really GOOD STUFF.

Here it is ... and it is EASY - Into a 2 quart pan put the following:

1/2 C Jack Daniels BBQ sauce, Honey BBQ kind.

3/4 Cup Ketchup.. any kind you like

1 Cup of  Apple Butter  Jam

3 Tablespoons of  Worcestershire sauce

1/2 cup white SUGAR

Heat the sauce to a boil.. stir it continually.. set it a side when hot.. and let it cool abit.

In the oven roast pork either boneless ribs or roast.. at about 425 for about 2 hours or until the meat is crisp.  I line the pan with tin foil , the none stick kind.. is wonderful stuff that foil.

Let the pork roast with just salt and pepper on it.  took about 2 hours..

Take it out out of the oven  and then coat all of the meat with what is in the pan.. cover it  all with the sauce.

Back in the oven for about 10 to 20 minutes, check it..every 10 minutes for crispiness. 

Let it cool for about 5 minutes, and eat it.. It is good with Green beans, and Corn on the cob.. yummy stuff.

Poor little guy ate until he could hardly move.. said something about me sending him a care package home.. so Daddy could make  some  too.. but I thought might be easier for me to put up the recipe and share with all of ya.

Soon I mail Zeebers home.. someone needs to send me an ADDY so I can send him off..LOL

Washington ~ More Rain *sigh*

So there is some SERIOUS rain coming in. 

Poor Little Z is not happy, because with that kind of rain comes Thunder and Lightening too.

Zeebers was SHOCKED when my HUGE Blue Jay, who has such an original name, Called Blue jumped right up on the window sile of my kitchen and demanded to be feed , and petted in that order.   Blue is pretty and very demanding.. Poor Zeebers was really surprised.

BUT it is raining hard today, and I am getting soaked.  HOWEVER we are going to take Zeebers out today again.. and get a few pictures of stuff.. and I will post it too. 

So, where I am a sending this guy?   Let me know... LOL

Washington ~ Riding The Storm Out

I like Donna. She is a great cook and she is taking really good care of me. But the storms here are scary. I don't like that part.

Poor Little Troll,, with the first set of SERIOUS STORM clouds, the poor little guy was scared. I had to tell him that we do not get funnel clouds here very often.

Seeing the storm over the mountains, even with the rainbow, He was kinda shocked. We do get it here. Poor guy, was shaking in his pink hair. 

So see those clouds? HAVE MERCY we got pounded today.  was AWESOME TO WATCH.

Poor Zeebers, we could not play outside, Thunder and Lightening while fun to watch is DANGEROUS to play in.

We had a brief clearing, and well lasted a bit.  sighs.. BUT I am making it up to him, we are having SURF and TURF  for dinner, I am making sirloin Tip roasted with Red wine, Lobster stuffed white fish with Lemon Pepper, Greenie beanies.. is all good..

He got to watch a REAL Washington Rain storm.

But we spent the day watching TV, and watching it rain and storm.

P.S  our Dinner was FAB.. that fish I bought is SO GOOD, is Swai filets stuffed with Crab and Lobster, was only 5.45 for 2 stuffed fish, and we had that with a LOVELY Roast basted with Red sweet Wine, ( Sangria)  was awesome.. was the best part of the day.

OK. The migration of Zeebers from Tapewormz is complete. He officially has his own space. Thank you for your patience with the multiple posts. Carry on. Z

We went to the public market and walked down the pier right down to the water,, Zeebers got to see Puget Sound and the ABE LINCOLN
